Built in 2004 and situated in the grounds this modern bungalow is well equipped to sleep 4 persons. Based on the river bank it is ideal for accessing the Bridgend woods, or the beach for walks. There is off road parking at the property for two vehicles. There is a Master bedroom with en-suite complete with power shower. A further twin bed room has the use of the family bathroom which also has a bath and separate shower. The kitchen and dining are well equipped, there is also a utility room with washing machine and microwave. The large lounge has a tv and the property has Wi-Fi throughout.

Book and Pay Online
To book please click on your arrival day, then on your departure day. A booking form opens up where you can pay the deposit or full amount depending on the time of booking. Your payment can be made by Paypal or Bank Transfer. In case of the latter your booking will show pending. It will be confirmed when the money has reached our account.

Checkin & Checkout
On the date of arrival your accommodation is available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am on departure date.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking. Should the booking be cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date we will refund 60% of the charge. There is no refund if cancelled with 4 weeks.

We don’t accommodate pets and all our properties are strictly non smoking.
